Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Success Manager
to lead client relationships and ensure successful adoption of our CRM and automation solutions.
This role is key to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- QA/ QC with onboarding, training, and adoption for HubSpot (main) /Salesforce (a plus) clients
- Build strong relationships and understand client's business goals
- Monitor engagement and proactively address risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with internal OB teams to deliver consistent client value
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with customer needs (Main initiative)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS consulting
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Experience with CRM automation or AI-powered solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to drive adoption and client growth
