Job description

As a Customer Success Manager at Instaleap.

You will be the key person for communicating our customer’s needs to our product team and will be focused to teach our clients how to take advantage of all of Instaleap’s features and how they can solve their business needs.

You will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer’s issues, and working as a consultant while using insights according to the client’s operation and suggesting improvements to increase productivity and achieve our customer’s growth.

What would you do?


  • Act as a strategic partner for our clients throughout their entire cycle: driving adoption, addressing needs, translating data into improvements, and fostering digital growth.

  • Build long-term loyalty and retention by presenting features, solving problems, and providing consultative, data-driven support.

  • Analyze the client’s digital environment, interpret operational data and insights, and define strategies to optimize e-commerce operations and the end-user experience.

  • Structure business and growth plans to maximize the use of Instaleap and achieve digital expansion.

  • Support clients through consultative mentoring, strengthening their digital presence.

  • Maintain constant communication with clients to identify needs, escalate requirements, and collaborate with the Product team.

  • Monitor Customer Success KPIs, generate action plans, and detect growth opportunities from the early stages of the relationship.

  • Design and execute the client onboarding process.

  • Maintain direct and continuous communication with senior stakeholders.


🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by


  • At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Consultant, Project Manager, Operations or E-commerce Team Leader..

  • Native Spanish speaker.

    English (B2–C1).

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics will be highly valued.
