Implementarás soluciones con HubSpot para impulsar la transformación digital de empresas innovadoras.

Apoyar a nuestros clientes a incrementar sus ventas usando IA, a mejorar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos usando analítica y ML

Responsabilidades y más:

Como Customer Success Manager Team Member en Nua Technology tendrás la oportunidad de implementar soluciones tecnológicas con HubSpot y acompañar estratégicamente a nuestra cartera de clientes.

Formarás parte de un equipo innovador, con metodologías ágiles y un enfoque consultivo que te permitirá crecer tanto en habilidades técnicas como en competencias de relacionamiento.



Tus responsabilidades te permitirán:

• Liderar procesos de levantamiento de requerimientos técnicos y funcionales en colaboración con los clientes.

• Configurar, personalizar y optimizar los módulos de HubSpot (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub y objetos personalizados).

• Diseñar y ejecutar automatizaciones, segmentaciones y flujos de trabajo.

• Integrar HubSpot con otras herramientas y plataformas mediante APIs o aplicaciones como Zapier/Make.

• Capacitar a clientes y sus equipos en el uso adecuado de la plataforma.

• Generar confianza, detectar oportunidades de crecimiento (upselling y cross-selling) y asegurar la retención de clientes.



Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitas:

• Ser proactivo, orientado al logro y con habilidades de comunicación eficaz.

• Tener conocimientos en CRM, idealmente HubSpot (certificaciones en Inbound, Sales Hub o Service Hub son un plus).

• Conocimientos básicos en APIs, automatización de procesos y análisis de datos.

• Comprensión de metodologías de gestión de proyectos.

• Nivel de inglés B1 o superior.

• Ser estudiante de últimos semestres o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Mercadeo o áreas afines.

• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en roles de implementación tecnológica, consultoría o Customer Success.

• Deseable: conocimientos en integraciones, lógica condicional avanzada y manejo de plataformas colaborativas.
