Principales Funciones del Cargo

  • Liderar equipos de Customer Success y Customer Care.

  • Fidelizar, asesorar y capacitar a clientes sobre estrategias logísticas, niveles de servicio, funcionalidades de la plataforma, nuevos servicios, entre otros.

  • Realizar visitas a las dependencias de los clientes de su cartera de manera presencial.

  • Coordinar el onboarding integral, desde la integración hasta la operación, y realizar revisiones de integraciones para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y operativas, alineadas con los objetivos del cliente, buscando siempre la mejora continua y la fidelización.

Requisitos del cargo

  • Enseñanza Superior Completa (Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administrativo o afín.)
  • 3 años de experiencia en cargos como Ejecutivo/a comercial o similar.

  • 1 año de experiencia en el área E-Commerce.

Conocimientos Deseables

  • Excel - Nivel Avanzado.

    Powerpoint - Nivel Intermedio.

  • Hubspot u otro CRM.

    Conocimientos de conceptos de tecnología orientados a la optimización y automatización de procesos.

  • Conocimientos de plataformas eCommerce.

  • Conocimientos en Logística u operaciones.

  • Manejo de herramientas de automatización de procesos (Make) e IA (GPT - Gemini).
