Job description

Callbook AI comenzó masomenos hace 8 meses.

Somos un equipo de 8 y estamos haciendo el trabajo equivalente a 60 personas (500k llamadas al mes).

Ya trabajamos con dos de las empresas más grandes del país y, en el próximo mes, vamos a duplicar nuestro impacto colaborando con las otras principales empresas de bancos, aseguradoras y fondos de pensiones (no exagero).

Por eso buscamos al siguiente integrante del equipo fundador.

Necesitamos a alguien sin miedo a hablar con los peces gordos (enterprise), entienda el problema a alto nivel y lo resuelva con nuestro producto (llamadas IA de altísima calidad).

El objetivo: demostrarle al cliente que con nosotros puede lograr 10 veces más.

El trabajo es intenso, pero también aseguramos crecimiento y equity.

El trabajo es hacer al cliente exitoso como sea.

Harás atención al cliente, liderarás reuniones clave, automatizarás procesos, analizarás resultados, planearás features con producto, alinearás ventas… Si toca definir una estrategia comercial, se hace.

Si toca probar 20 veces un agente IA, se prueba.

Qué harás en el día a día

  • Reuniones con clientes para planear y monitorear un proyecto IA.

  • Automatización de procesos con Excel, Make, n8n, etc.

  • Escribir y probar prompts.

  • Análisis y procesamiento de datos.

    Es decir, armar dashboards en Excel, Power BI, o Looker.

  • Te encanta aprender cosas nuevas y te adaptas rápido.
     Un día te toca usar Excel, la siguiente semana volverte crack en Airtable y después manejar el CRM de un banco.

  • Sabes lidiar con la frustración y no te rindes fácilmente.
     Muchas veces, para sacar adelante un proyecto, toca intentarlo varias veces hasta que salga bien.

  • Sueñas con ser emprendedor algún día.
     Aquí vas a ver de cerca (y participar activamente) en cómo armamos producto, vendemos y montamos procesos desde cero.

  • No tienes mucha experiencia laboral.
     Más que experiencia, buscamos a alguien que saque las cosas adelante como sea.

    Igual, aceptamos gente con experiencia siempre que estén dispuestos a ensuciarse las manos y entrar en acción.
