Job description

Misión del Cargo

Garantizar la correcta ejecución y coordinación de las operaciones de importación y exportación asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, SOP de clientes y lineamientos de la compañía.

El cargo tiene como propósito mantener la información actualizada en el sistema, enviar reportes oportunos a clientes, agentes y proveedores, y realizar seguimiento diario a cada operación, garantizando el cumplimiento de los KPI establecidos y altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente, en alineación con los objetivos operativos, comerciales y financieros de la organización.

Funciones Principales

  • Coordinar operaciones de importación y exportación.

  • Hacer seguimiento diario de las operaciones a cargo.

  • Enviar oportunamente la información a clientes, agentes y proveedores.

  • Enviar reportes/informes de las operaciones.

  • Tener al día la información en el sistema de la compañía.

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI establecidos y el nivel de satisfacción del cliente
  • Cumplir el procedimiento de operaciones y los SOP con los clientes a cargo.

  • Cumplir con los lineamientos operativos, comerciales y financieros de la compañía.

Formación Académica

Técnico o Tecnólogo en Comercio Exterior o Carreras Afines

Experiencia

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en agentes de carga o agencias de aduanas.

Conocimientos

- Coordinación Logística de operaciones de comercio exterior.

-Manejo y coordinación de carga proyecto.

-Elaboración y revisión de documentos de transporte.

-Requisitos aduaneros de importación y exportación.
