The Role
We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to join our guest experience team.
This role is crucial to ensuring that every guest feels cared for from the moment they book until checkout.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling calls and messages in both Spanish and English, and coordinating with cleaners, maintenance, and on-site teams to guarantee that service is delivered to Airnest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer guest calls and messages in Spanish and English with professionalism and warmth.
- Resolve guest inquiries quickly, providing solutions that enhance the overall stay.
- Liaise with cleaners and maintenance staff to coordinate timely interventions.
- Monitor ongoing requests and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Represent Airnest's values in every interaction, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
- Own computer/laptop and fast/stable internet connection.
Schedule
- Full-time role with varied working hours, generally between
8:00 am and 8:00 pm (Bogotá time)
