Job description

Unicity International, a global health and wellness company, is seeking commercial advisors/agents to join our customer service team in Bogotá.

This role focuses on serving the Latin markets in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 40 Hours weekly

  • Location: North Bogotá Office - Near 93 Park

Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Inbound and Chat campaigns)
  • Market knowledge
  • Ability to address and resolve PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims) on first contact
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Adherence to KPI indicators
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Basic Excel skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher both written and spoken

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about products and services to customers and resolve their issues.

  • Create and manage customer accounts.

  • Update customer records with accurate information.

  • Address and resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.

  • Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs and information.

  • Prepare reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.

  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
