Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Administrative Support
Location: Remote (Work from Home) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Time Zone based on franchise location)
Base pay range: $14,400.00/yr - $15,000.00/yr

Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative skills to support our franchise operations remotely.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will also support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential and current customers
- Clearly explain fencing services, products, timelines, and pricing (training provided)
- Schedule onsite estimates and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team
- Provide compassionate and solutions-oriented support when handling concerns or complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (e.g., JobNimbus, HubSpot)
- Assist in preparing and sending estimates, invoices, and project updates
- Submit utility locate tickets and follow up on permit applications
- Track project progress and keep internal teams updated
- Organize and maintain digital files and job documentation
- Generate summary reports and assist with light project coordination

- Familiarity with permitting processes and utility submissions is helpful
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
