Job Title: Customer Service Representative (White-Glove Concierge Level)

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, articulate, emotionally intelligent service through phone, text, and email
  • Assist clients with time sensitive reservations and scheduling while maintaining a confident and composed tone
  • Handle a high volume of requests without sacrificing accuracy or warmth
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless support
  • Anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions
  • Uphold a culture of professionalism, excellence, and service

Schedule

  • Full-time remote position of 40 hours per week
  • Operating hours:
    • Monday through Friday (8 AM to 10 PM)
    • Saturday (8 AM to 9 PM)
    • Sunday and Tuesday (9 AM to 5 PM)
  • Your final schedule will be assigned based on business needs and coverage

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working independently and contributing to a high performing team
