Customer Service Representative (Sales Oriented)
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bogotá!
In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company, supporting customers from leading global accounts, ensuring every interaction delivers an excellent experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Document all interactions accurately within internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, following established procedures.
- Maintain performance and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO role (inbound/outbound).
- English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Bogotá .
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
