* Funciones del cargo: Importante empresa del sector logístico solicita para su equipo de trabajo, personal con experiencia mínima de 12 meses para desempeñar el cargo de customer service representative ingles C1.
Formación académica: bachiller (experiencia certificada), técnico/a, tecnólogo/a en logística, curso en áreas relacionadas.
Funciones específicas:
- Apoyar las operaciones logísticas realizando seguimiento a envíos y coordinando con conductores.
- Resolver problemas relacionados con entregas y coordinar con equipos internos.
- Realizar seguimiento a incidencias y asegurar cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega.
- Brindar atención efectiva en inglés a clientes o aliados.
- Usar herramientas o sistemas de despacho logístico.
Conocimientos:
- Conocimiento en logística y con inglés nivel C1.
- Experiencia en logística o soporte en transporte.
- Habilidad en el uso de herramientas logísticas o sistemas de despacho.
Salario: $ 3.000.000 + bono de $ 600.000 + prestaciones de ley.
Horarios: viernes a martes 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. a 12:00 a.m. (Se alterna cada das semanas.

El turno 2 se realiza desde casa).
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
Lugar de trabajo: Medellín, Guayabal, (requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida).
