Full-time, 40 hours/week — Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

Compensation:
$1,500 to $2,000 depending on the experience.

Our client a growing multi-location dental group is looking for an experienced
Insurance Eligibility Verification Specialist or Customer Service Representative
to support seamless clinic operations by ensuring every patient's insurance coverage is verified and documented accurately
before
they sit in the chair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact U.S. dental insurance providers to confirm patient eligibility and benefit details.
- Complete thorough benefit breakdowns for procedures like crowns, extractions, and preventive care.
- Relay accurate benefit information to office managers to support timely claim submission.
- Proactively follow up on pending verifications and resolve inconsistencies.
- Maintain well-organized records and clear communication with internal clinic teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with U.S. dental insurance verification and claims.
- Strong knowledge of insurance workflows, terminology, and benefit categories.
- Fluent English both spoken and written with clear, professional communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- A self-starter mindset comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience using Dentrix, OpenDental, or Eaglesoft.
- Previous remote work experience in U.S. dental insurance verification.
