Customer Service Representative Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring TD SYNNEX

Descripción del Puesto:

Como Customer Service Representative, serás el soporte clave para el equipo comercial en el ingreso de órdenes de compra en el sistema de gestión de TD SYNNEX, asegurando su correcto procesamiento de acuerdo con los procesos y procedimientos establecidos.

Lo que harás:

  • Ingreso y validación de órdenes de compra y cotizaciones en el sistema.

  • Revisión detallada de la información para asegurar precisión y cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos.

  • Comunicación directa y constante con el equipo comercial para garantizar una gestión eficiente.

  • Seguimiento de indicadores de calidad, manteniendo un margen de error dentro del límite permitido por Q.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en roles administrativos.

  • Conocimientos intermedios de Excel.

  • Capacidad para ejecutar instrucciones con precisión y solicitar aclaraciones cuando sea necesario.

  • Atención al detalle, asegurando exactitud y eficiencia en la ejecución de tareas.

  • Habilidad para resolver problemas complejos, aplicar pensamiento crítico y tomar decisiones acertadas.

  • Comunicación clara y efectiva para transmitir información de manera oportuna.
