Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and personable Call Center Representative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the front line of communication for our practice—answering inbound calls, engaging new leads, and reactivating past inquiries.
You’ll play a critical role in helping potential and returning patients take the next step in their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
● Professionally answer incoming calls, providing information and scheduling appointments.
● Conduct outbound calls to potential leads from marketing campaigns and website submissions.
● Follow up on missed leads and incomplete inquiries through recall calls.
● Execute “win-back” calls to re-engage former patients or previously inactive leads.
● Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date lead status in the CRM.
● Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support conversion strategies.
● Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and patient care philosophy.
Requirements
● Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare communication role preferred
● Clear, professional phone communication skills
● Self-motivated and reliable, especially during evening and weekend hours
● Comfortable using call center platforms and CRM systems
● Strong organizational and time management abilities
● Strong English speaking skills
