Overview
Customer Service Representative - Barranquilla at TaskUs is a role focused on delivering high-quality customer support across channels.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls and provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat, managing and resolving customer complaints in line with client Quality Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and professional service.
- Adhere to client Quality Guidelines in all interactions.
