Customer Service Specialist
WiseVAs is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide top-notch support for clients using this CRM and marketing automation platform.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, client communication, and process optimization in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for clients
Manage client inquiries via email, chat, and calls
Configure, maintain, and optimize campaigns, pipelines, and automations.
Monitor system performance and proactively alert clients or internal teams to any issues.
Assist with workflow setup, CRM customization, and automation troubleshooting.
Educate clients on platform features and best practices for maximizing efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Document common issues, create SOPs, and contribute to knowledge base resources.
Track and report recurring issues and improvement opportunities to management.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and independently.
Experience with CRM configuration and workflow optimization.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating client needs.
Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment.
