What Do We Offer?
- Work Schedule:
42 hours per week – 2 days off – Fixed shifts available between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. - Location:
Bogotá | On-site at WeWork Building, Cra.

- Employment Contract:
You'll be hired from the start of training (100% paid) under a permanent contract.
- Total Monthly Compensation:
Up to
$3,650,000 COP (Base salary + Bonuses) - Perfect Attendance Bonus during Training and Nesting:
$350,000 COP (subject to conditions)
What you need
- Live in
Bogotá - B2+ or C1 English
level - 1+ year of BPO experience
(customer service, cross-sales, retention, or collections) - Full-time availability
