Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barranquilla for a Customer Service - Healthcare Representative.
The representative will handle daily customer service tasks, including managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
