Asistente de Servicio al Cliente (Temporal 2 meses)

Propósito del cargo:

Estamos en la búsqueda de un agente de servicio al cliente temporal (2 meses), altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Servicio al Cliente.

En esta posición, usted desempeñará un papel fundamental para garantizar la excelencia en los servicios proporcionados a nuestros clientes.

Será responsable de atender las necesidades de los clientes y de mejorar continuamente la experiencia del cliente.

Competencias claves:

  • Excelente manejo de clientes.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita y resolución de problemas.

  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas con gran atención al detalle y capacidad para priorizar.

  • Excelente trabajo en equipo.

  • Demostrar habilidades analíticas y un enfoque proactivo para la resolución de problemas.

  • Habilidades organizativas y administrativas.

  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas con múltiples plazos.

Requisitos para aplicar:

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Shipping/ Freight Forwarding, Agencia de aduanas.

  • Tecnico, tecnólogo o recién egresado en negocios internacionales o carreras afines.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1).

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point y Outlook).
