Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Sales Executive.
In this role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for both prospective and existing patients—from the first inquiry through ongoing therapy engagement.
You will play a key part in driving our patient satisfaction, scheduling efficiency, and revenue growth.
This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Consultation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient consultations efficiently to ensure timely access to services.
- Booking Management: Meet daily and weekly booking targets, optimizing schedules to minimize gaps and maximize revenue.
- Follow-Up Coordination: Track missed or cancelled sessions and proactively reschedule to maintain continuity of care.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized lead and patient records, including intake forms, progress notes, and session schedules.
- Lead Nurturing & Patient Engagement: Conduct personalized follow-ups and outreach campaigns to encourage bookings and promote services.
- Sales Support: Convert inquiries into consultations by understanding client needs, explaining programs, and guiding families through registration.
- Policy Communication: Clearly communicate service packages, fees, and policies to ensure transparency and trust.
- Timely Response: Handle inquiries and urgent matters efficiently, including occasional follow-ups outside standard working hours if required.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, client relations, or sales (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication; empathetic and persuasive tone.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Meta Inbox, Google Workspace).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Empathy & Professionalism: Warm, patient, and compassionate approach to working with families and patients.
- Availability: Flexibility to occasionally respond to urgent messages outside standard hours.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, psychology, therapy, or education settings.
