Customer Service and Dispatch Agents
We are an outsourcing company located in Buenos Aires, Argentina managing a long-term sales and logistics project based in the USA.
The campaign we are running is for a Transport Broker Company specializing in national and international vehicle transportation.
Purpose
Customer Service Agents will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer's experience goes smoothly and exceeds their expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.
Responsibilities
· Proactively communicating with customers to keep them informed during key stages of the post-sale process.
· Building good working relationships with service providers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
· Maintaining complete and accurate internal records and notes reflecting all customer and carrier contact/communication
· Creative problem solving to meet client's expectations and needs while adhering to the company's policies.
· Following up with customers after the service has been completed to request feedback on our service and identify areas for improvement.
· Carrying out general administration duties such as:
o Fielding general calls from clients and directing them appropriately or handling requests directly
o Fielding billing questions from carriers and providing basic information; organizing inspection reports and invoices
o Receiving contracts, compiling complete paperwork for all orders, and filing and recording appropriately
Requirements
· At least one years' experience working in Customer service.
· Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
· Patience and empathy while being assertive to create a solution.
· Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when dealing with difficult situations.
· Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
· Fluency in English.
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Efficient typing skills.
· Able to work under pressure and adapt to situations quickly.
· Good judgment and initiative.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Being able to work in a team while being able to work on your own initiative.
· Home office setup with high speed internet.
