Descripción del puesto

Qué hará:

  • Gestionar el proceso de Order to Cash y la logística del cliente (front office) para el portafolio de Stryker en Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá, Perú y Puerto Rico.

  • Mantener comunicación directa con los clientes antes y después de la venta, asegurando un servicio excepcional.

  • Coordinar con las plantas de producción para garantizar la disponibilidad oportuna de los productos.

  • Apoyar al equipo de ventas mediante el desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones positivas con los clientes, impulsando los ingresos por servicios y productos.

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para optimizar la cadena de suministro del cliente.

  • Resolver consultas de clientes relacionadas con devoluciones, estado de pedidos, entregas, programación de producción y facturación.

  • Colaborar con clientes y distribuidores para reportar y gestionar fallas de equipos, asegurando informes claros a la gerencia.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio adicionales en los procesos de pre-venta y post-venta.

Qué necesita:

  • Título universitario.

  • +2 años de experiencia en Customer Service.

  • Dominio del idioma inglés (nivel B2 o superior).

  • Conocimientos avanzados en Microsoft Excel.

  • Experiencia previa en el uso de sistemas ERP, preferentemente JDE.
