About the Role
Join our dynamic team at IGT Solutions , where we are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English B2+) to support major brands in the Hospitality and Tourism industry – including travel agencies, hotels, and airlines.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers who are already interested in our services, providing professional assistance.
- Answer questions and guide customers through bookings and reservations.

Requirements
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
