Importante compañía del sector Servicios, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Customer Representative- Contact Center para la ciudad de Medellín, quien gestionará llamadas con clientes actuales y potenciales.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Realizar llamadas a clientes actuales y potenciales manteniendo las políticas de cumplimiento y procedimientos del centro de llamadas (volumen y calidad).

Aclarar información, investigar cada problema y brindar soluciones a los clientes.

Actualizar información de las llamadas realizadas en software(s) definidos.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en call center.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de ventas y/o servicio al cliente.

  • Habilidad comunicativa.

  • Nivel de ingles avanzado - Fluido (EXCLUTENTE)
