  • Garantizar una experiencia de cliente superior.
  • Capacitar, desarrollar y construir un equipo de alto rendimiento.
  • Identificar y mitigar problemas de forma pro-activa, garantizando una rápida resolución de los problemas planteados.
  • Impulsar el análisis de causa raíz y los planes de acción para resolver los problemas desde la raíz.
  • Delinear los procesos operativos y su revisión y mejora constantes.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos.
  • Construir activamente relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  • Perfil buscado (h/m)

    El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Profesionales en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
  • Contar con 5 años de experiencia en consultoría 4PL y manejo de cuentas estratégicas.
  • Contar con experiencia liderando equipos.
  • Deberá tener conocimiento técnicos en Excel Intermedio, Power Bi y Nivel de inglés C1.

    Ofrecemos un salario de $ con contrato obra labor por 6 meses prorrogables por 6 meses, de lunes a viernes con disponibilidad los sábado y trabajo hibrido.
