Estamos buscando Customer Excellence (English/Spanish) para importante compañía de portafolio que brinda servicios a clientes en Estados Unidos.

Serás responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, atendiendo consultas, cotizaciones de servicio,resolviendo problemas, agendando equipo de operacionesy promoviendo la venta de los productos y servicios de la compañía a través del servicio.

  • Responder de manera rápida y profesional a las consultas de los clientes vía teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.

  • Programar visitas en sitio para los equipos locales con el fin de desarrollar cotizaciones para clientes potenciales
  • Solucionar problemas de los clientes relacionados con los productos o servicios.

  • Mantener registros detallados de las interacciones y resoluciones con los clientes (CRM)
  • Escalar problemas complejos a los miembros apropiados del equipo según sea necesario.

Sales:

  • Identificar y calificar potenciales oportunidades de ventas y dirigirlas adecuadamente al equipo en Estados Unidos.

  • Responder preguntas de potenciales clientes y familiarizarlos con los productos y servicios.

  • Proactividad, atención al detalle
  • Pasión por el servicio
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español.
