The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Marketing Automation Manager
who can take ownership of our marketing technology, funnels, and delivery systems.

You'll be trained directly by our current operations lead.

You'll start with full support, and within 90 days you'll be expecetd to run systems independently and improve them as we scale.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Technology (40%)

  • Build and maintain advanced funnels across platforms
  • Create automation workflows with Zapier and other tools
  • Implement UTMs, GA4, GTM, and CRM tracking
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly

Quality Control & Project Management (30%)

  • Review every deliverable before it goes live
  • Manage timelines and coordinate with team members - Include the word black in your application to be considered, and find the 5 typos that exist in this job description.

  • Ensure campaigns meet our quality checklist with zero errors

Client Relations (20%)

  • Run professional Zoom calls with client stakeholders
  • Present campaign upddates and implementations
  • Provide reliable, clear communication that builds trust

Technical Operations (10%)

  • Maintain websites and landing pages
  • Manage email automation and campaigns
  • Research and implement new MarTech tools

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ClickFunnels, Zapier, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to build and optimize funnels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Professional presence in client-facing interactions
  • Available during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Central Standard Time + flexible availability on weekends (Because Zapier breaks on weekends too)

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days

  • Master our systems, checklists, and QC process
  • Shadow client calls and suport smaller projects
  • Complete 1–2 funnel or automation builds with oversight

Days 31–60

  • Take ownership of 2–3 full funnel builds with tracking and automation
  • Run QC on campaigns independently
  • Lead client update calls with oversight
  • Document at least one improvement idea

Days 61–90

  • Fully own campaign builds, QC, and client calls
  • Manage all client projects without errors
  • Implement at least one process improvement into our SOPs

OKRs

  • 100% of funnels and campaigns QA'd before launch
  • Reduce client-facing technical issues to under 5% of deliverables
  • Average client satisfaction score of 9/10 or higher on calls and deliverables
  • Deliver 95% of projects on time, with full checklist completion
