En Inlaze estamos buscando a un/a CRM Strategist (Zoho) que quiera crecer resolviendo desafíos reales en el mundo del iGaming.

Vienes a construir, optimizar y mejorar la experiencia del cliente para miles de usuarios.
Lo que hagas se lanza, se mide y tiene impacto real en producto y negocio.

Lo que harás en el día a día

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de CRM en Zoho para adquisición, retención y crecimiento
  • Configurar y mantener workflows, blueprints y campañas multicanal (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Crear y depurar segmentaciones basadas en comportamiento, valor y ciclo de vida
  • Analizar dashboards en Zoho Analytics y convertir insights en acciones concretas
  • Integrar Zoho CRM con otras apps (Desk, Books, herramientas externas vía API)
  • Coordinar con Marketing, Ventas y Soporte para alinear procesos customer-centric

Lo que sumas al juego

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de CRM con enfoque estratégico y técnico (idealmente en Zoho)
  • Capacidad para cumplir objetivos de negocio medibles: LTV, churn, revenue incremental
  • Rigurosidad en el manejo de datos (integridad, privacidad y gobernanza – GDPR/Habeas Data)
  • Habilidad para capacitar y dar soporte interno en uso y adopción del CRM
  • Visión analítica para monitorear y reportar KPIs clave a dirección
  • Bonus: afinidad con el mundo de apuestas, juegos o plataformas digitales.

  • Experiencia lanzando modelos predictivos (propensity, churn, next-best-offer) en Zoho
  • Conocimiento de Deluge, Zoho Flow o herramientas iPaaS para automatización avanzada
  • Casos de éxito generando USD 50k de revenue incremental con campañas CRM
  • Certificaciones oficiales de Zoho CRM / Zoho One
