What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and grow, with experience or interest in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This role involves assisting with the administration and basic maintenance of the system to help ensure its smooth operation.

As a CRM Junior Developer Administrator, you will support the team by handling simple configurations and providing user support to enhance the daily use of the tool.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Assisting with the administration and upkeep of the Dynamics CRM platform.

  • Helping configure and customize the CRM based on business requirements.

  • Providing support to end users and helping resolve incidents.

  • Generating reports and performing basic analyses using built-in tools.

  • Collaborating with different departments to enhance CRM management.

  • Supporting the implementation of automated processes to improve operations.

  • Documenting changes, configurations, and best practices within the CRM.

  • Escalating more complex issues to senior team members or external solution providers.

Skills

  • Provide efficient and clear support to end users.

  • Basic knowledge of Dynamics CRM configurations and customization.

  • Ability to resolve common issues promptly.

  • Competence in generating basic reports.

  • Good organization skills for documenting processes and configurations.

Knowledge

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM – mandatory.

  • Experience with Power Portal – mandatory.

  • Experience with Power Automate.

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI.

  • Basic development knowledge in JavaScript and C#.

Academicand professional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

Experience

  • 1or 2 years working with CRM DYNAMICS

Languages

  • Intermediate or advanced English level will be considered a plus.
