Creative Project Manager role at Monks .
We’re seeking a Project Manager with a Creative Producer mindset to lead multidisciplinary projects at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling.
In this hybrid role, you’ll partner closely with creative directors, strategists, designers, technologists, and external collaborators to bring bold, original ideas to life — on time, on budget, and without compromising vision.
This isn’t just about tracking tasks — it’s about driving creative momentum, fostering clarity amidst chaos, and ensuring every brief becomes something bigger than expected.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end production of creative projects — from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem.
- Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring feasibility without sacrificing originality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, tech, accounts) to define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations.
- Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused.
- Anticipate risks and blockers early, and solve problems proactively with diplomacy and creativity.
- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners when needed, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration.
- Maintain transparent documentation — timelines, status updates, budgets — while always advocating for process improvements that support creative flow.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments — ideally with digital, content, experiential, or marketing focus.
- A producer’s mindset: flexible, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and deeply collaborative.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Familiarity with creative and production workflows — from concept development to asset delivery, including creative reviews, versioning, and stakeholder approvals.
- Excellent communication in English (B2+ minimum), and the ability to make the complex feel simple.
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro), and an appreciation for process — without being ruled by it.
- Bonus: Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams.
