This is a remote position.


Schedule:
 Part-time (21 hours per week) 3 days per week, either Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday 9AM to 4pm NZDT 

Client Timezone: New Zealand timezone (NZDT)


Job Overview

The Marketing Content Specialist will support the global marketing team in developing engaging, on-brand written and visual content for digital channels.

This includes crafting copy for emails, advertisements, social media, landing pages, and other campaign materials, as well as creating complementary graphics using standard and custom templates.

The ideal candidate combines strong copywriting skills with creative design ability and a solid understanding of regional language nuances.



Key Responsibilities

  • Write and adapt marketing copy for multi-region campaigns across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

  • Design digital assets such as email visuals, social media graphics, blog headers, and ad creatives using Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Localise content to reflect each region’s tone, terminology, and cultural context.

  • Support the development of media packs, partnership materials, and paid advertising creatives.

  • Maintain a well-organized content library in line with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in copywriting for digital marketing or service-based businesses.

  • Excellent command of written English with strong proofreading and editing skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing, social media, and digital advertising fundamentals (Google and Meta).

  • Demonstrated ability to localise content for UK, AU, and NZ audiences (essential).

  • Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Background knowledge of accounting terminology is an advantage.

  • Ability to storyboard short explainer videos or social media reels.

  • A portfolio showcasing strong alignment between visual design and written tone.
