Job description

Institución de educación superior requiere coordinador de servicio al cliente.

Perfil: Profesional con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la siguientes funciones:


– Coordinar y controlar las solicitudes, sugerencias quejas y reclamos de los estudiantes, además de realizar acompañamiento y capacitación a los asesores, con el fin de prestar atención oportuna y un servicio de calidad.


– Realizar acompañamiento diario y cercano al asesor para evidenciar buenas o malas prácticas, aclarar dudas o apoyar procesos, para asegurar asesores expertos en procesos de la Universidad.


– Participar en la programación periódica de capacitaciones sobre procesos nuevos o actualización de la información, para asegurar asesores Integrales con conocimiento actualizado sobre la universidad.

– Realizar diariamente la revisión de tiempos de atención, tiempo en sala a través del informe digiturno para garantizar el cumplimiento de la promesa de valor de la universidad en tiempos de atención, protocolo de servicio y tiempos de espera en sala.

– Revisar el cumplimiento del protocolo de servicio, la calidad en la atención, la calidez de los asesores, retroalimentando inmediatamente sobre las buenas prácticas y los aspectos a mejorar, para asegurar ser referente de buen servicio para la universidad.
