Overview

Coordinador de Mesa de Servicio con enfoque ITIL intermedio (OSA).

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero de sistemas o afines.

  • 4 años de experiencia mínima en proyectos relacionados con Mesas de Servicio en las cuales se aplique la metodología ITIL como Coordinador o líder de mesa.

  • Conocimientos en el negocio de la compañía, gerencia de conflictos, gerencia de proyectos y planeación.

  • Habilidades de negociación y manejo de la ambigüedad.

  • Experiencia en planear, gestionar y controlar los servicios prestados por la Mesa de Ayuda.

  • Debe contar con Certificado ITIL Intermedio OSA.

Responsibilities

  • Elaborar y actualizar guías operacionales.

  • Generar reportes de gestión del servicio.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los ANS y el seguimiento de los avances en la solución de casos activos.

Condiciones Laborales

  • Lugar: Bogotá.

  • Modalidad: Presencial.

  • Contrato: Término indefinido.

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7am a 6pm y Sábados de 8am a 12pm.
