En Immpetus Soluciones estamos buscando un Coordinador de Soporte Académico







Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Soporte Académico para gestionar el área de servicio estudiantil y operaciones educativas.

¿Cuál será tu rol?







Asegurar la ejecución eficiente de las operaciones diarias relacionadas con el servicio al estudiante, la gestión de clases, transcripciones, comunicaciones, accesos y pagos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y la mejora continua de los procesos.





¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?







Coordinar la ejecución operativa de los proyectos educativos:

Gestionar tickets, chats, correos y soporte a estudiantes.

Organizar y dar seguimiento a las actividades diarias del área.

Asegurar que las clases se desarrollen con normalidad (apertura de Zoom, grabación, transcripciones, etc.).

Solicitar y revisar cuentas de cobro (pagos de estudiantes):

Revisar pagos pendientes, enviar recordatorios, generar links de pago y gestionar accesos según estado de pago.

Organizar la información operativa y mantenerla actualizada:

Mantener actualizados listados de estudiantes, cronogramas, actas de reuniones, transcripciones y carpetas en Drive.

Gestionar agendas de y recordatorios de tareas.

Elaborar reportes de avance e informes semanales:

Reportar estado de tickets, pagos, accesos, transcripciones y participación en clases.

Generar actas de reuniones con apoyo de IA y seguimiento de tareas asignadas al equipo.

Supervisar cumplimiento de tareas, cronogramas y calidad en entregables:

Asegurar que las clases se graben, transcriban y resuman en tiempo y forma.

Verificar que los correos, difusiones y recordatorios se envíen según cronograma.

Acompañar reuniones internas y con clientes (estudiantes/invitados):

Asistir en clases, reuniones de equipo y con invitados especiales.

Tomar notas, transcribir y distribuir actas con tareas claras.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones:

Optimizar procesos de soporte, accesos, pagos y comunicaciones.

Sugerir mejoras en flujos de trabajo con base en métricas y feedback.

Hacer seguimiento a indicadores de gestión:

Medir tiempos de respuesta en tickets, tasa de resolución de problemas, cumplimiento de pagos, asistencia a clases, etc.





¿Cuál es el perfil que buscamos?







Mínimo 2 años en coordinación operativa, gestión de proyectos o soporte educativo.

Habilidades en liderazgo,

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, resolver problemas y mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva.

Enfoque en resultados, atención al detalle y buena organización.

Ejecución, control y priorización de tareas.

Conocimientos en herramientas como:

Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)

JotForm, Zoom, Streamyard, CleanVoice, READ AI

Active Campaign, Funnel Chat, Hotmart, Kajabi

WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Facebook Groups

Canva (para certificados)

Excel o Google Sheets para reportes y seguimiento
