YEL Solutions
, empresa con más de dos décadas de experiencia en servicios de IT Outsourcing en Latinoamérica (Argentina, México, Uruguay, Perú, Chile y Colombia), buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a profesional para coordinar el servicio de mesa de ayuda IT.

Ubicación:
Presencial – Área Metropolitana de Bogotá

Horario:
Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hs con Guardias ante Urgencias

Responsabilidades del rol:

  • Actuar como referente del Service Desk, asegurando la calidad del servicio.

  • Coordinar y liderar equipos de soporte técnico.

  • Gestionar incidentes y requerimientos mediante herramientas de ticketing.

  • Realizar seguimiento de casos abiertos y garantizar su resolución.

  • Brindar atención al cliente en entorno corporativo.

Perfil buscado:

  • Graduados o estudiante próximo a Graduarse en carreras de TI
  • Experiencia comprobable en manejo de servicios similares para clientes corporativos
  • Experiencia en metodologías y estándares como ITIL V3/V4, ISO 20000.

  • Formación en carreras de Tecnología o afines (en curso o finalizada).

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Dominio de herramientas como:
  • Active Directory
  • InvGate
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Herramientas de gestión de tickets
  • Conocimientos básicos en redes, hardware y software.

  • Capacidad analítica para identificar y resolver problemas.

  • Idioma: Español nativo, inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).
