Coordinador de Servicio al Cliente y Logística Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Michael Page

Descripción

  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de producto mediante una gestión eficiente de inventarios, rotación y reposición.
  • Hacer seguimiento detallado a pedidos internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempos de entrega y procesos de importación.
  • Coordinar con agentes de aduana, proveedores logísticos y operadores de transporte.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo comercial en la entrega oportuna y seguimiento de pedidos.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de clientes, devoluciones y garantías, manteniendo una comunicación fluida y efectiva.
  • Coordinar con casas matrices y proveedores en el exterior
  • Analizar indicadores logísticos y proponer mejoras en tiempos de respuesta, costos y rotación de inventario.
  • Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Profesional en Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de logística y servicio al cliente, idealmente en compañías de importación o distribución de productos industriales.
  • Inglés avanzado, con excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros).
  • Perfil proactivo, organizado, con alto sentido de urgencia y orientación al servicio.
