Coordinador de Call Center / BPO Comercial Job Opening In Bogotá D.C. – Now Hiring HQ5 SAS

Estamos en Busqueda de

Coordinador de Call Center / BPO Comercial – Nono Soluciones (Hunter X)

Ubicación: Bogotá D.C. (presencial o híbrido)

Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido (posterior a periodo de prueba)



Condiciones:

Salario: $2.500.000 + comisiones por cumplimiento.

Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.

Personal a cargo: entre 4 y 8 agentes.



Objetivo del cargo:

Liderar y optimizar el área de Call Center o BPO de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas comerciales, la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio en la gestión de ventas telefónicas del producto Hunter X – Validación de Antecedentes.



Requisitos:



Tecnólogo o profesional en Administración, Mercadeo, Comunicación o áreas afines.



Mínimo 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales o de call center/BPO.



Manejo de CRM (Zoho, HubSpot o similares) y Excel intermedio-avanzado.



Conocimiento en estrategias de ventas telefónicas, análisis de métricas y seguimiento de leads.



Competencias clave:

Liderazgo orientado a resultados, comunicación asertiva, planificación, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para motivar equipos.



Funciones principales:



Dirigir y supervisar el equipo comercial.



Definir metas e indicadores de desempeño.



Diseñar campañas, protocolos de atención y estrategias de fidelización.



Analizar resultados y presentar informes a la gerencia.
