Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Collaboration: Design conversational flows and dialogues for AI-powered chatbots and assistants.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand user needs and business goals.
- Bot Design Documentation: Create comprehensive bot design documentation, including example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams, and error handling patterns.
- Customer Insights: Review customer transcripts to identify gaps in conversation design and modify design patterns to bridge those gaps.
Engage with clients to understand user behavior, motivations, and interactions in different scenarios.
- Personalization: Implement processes for the bot to continuously learn from user interactions and update its knowledge to better cater to user needs.
- Optimization and Tuning: Analyze conversations to identify patterns, implement learnings, track efficacy, and present business insights to stakeholders.
- Tool Implementation: Keep an eye on new tools to improve our processes and candidate experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong interest in conversational design, user experience (UX), and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with conversational design tools (e.g., Manychat, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Botpress).
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Prior experience in writing or editing content for digital platforms.
- Any relevant coursework or projects in conversational design or AI.
