Overview
CCR is seeking a Controller/FBP who will interact with Area FBP to support operations growth in Iberica and Italy, and will be part of the Southern Area team.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to Operational Leaders and collaborates with the Area Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Interact with the Area FBP to implement strategic priorities and key business decisions
- Lead the RTR, PTP and OTC teams of the entities
- Identify Tax and controlling risks and find opportunities to offset them
- Contribute to the successful deployment of S4 Hana in the Area
- Implement and accelerate Profit Assurance program among the entities
- Lead Internal, tax and statutory/reporting Audits
- Contribute to processes improvement across the entities
The successful candidate will provide essential support for the achievement of the Plan/Target and for the success of the Strategic Plan.
The individual will work with a wide range of key stakeholders including the Area Finance Team and leadership team, operational and functional teams.
Responsibilities (continued)
- Proactive analysis, identification and implementation of actions in partnership with the Area Finance Manager and Operational Business Functions to drive business profitability and growth
- Drive / Manage Cash Flow metrics and design Working Capital improvement plans with Operations (DSO, NITO, AP days)
- Play a key role on the forthcoming S4 Hana implementation.
Improve data quality as basis for the analysis.
Drive the ERP to set-up required financial transparency to analyze the business - Overall coordination as well as detailed delivery of Annual Plan / Quarterly Forecast / Monthly Performance Review preparation in cooperation with Partner Business Functions
- Sales/Margin/Cost Analysis versus Plan/Forecast/Prior Year
- Project controlling Validation and continuous monitoring of the Solutions Delivery Projects (Sales and Margin)
- KPI and Ad-Hoc Reporting locally as well as to the Headquarters
- Drive a culture of best practice by leading / participating in various process improvement projects to simplify, streamline and automate
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Finance, Controller or Chief accountant in an international company
- Fluent in Spanish and English is essential, Italian language desirable
- Bachelors Degree in Finance with a focus on Tax and IFRS
- Good MS-Office and ERP skills (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access, Powerpoint)
- Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Duties may require periodic overtime hours to support project deliverables
- Focus on results with a proactive drive and sense of ownership
