Consumer Intelligence Job Opening In Medellín – Now Hiring Publicis Groupe

Consumer Intelligence
.

Con más de 1 año de experiencia en el rol con agencias de publicidad y mercadeo, su misión se centrará en la búsqueda, análisis y entendimiento del consumidor con el fin de brindar información a través del uso de diferentes herramientas y metodologías de investigación que permitan la toma de decisiones a partir del procesamiento y análisis de información.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y definir segmentos clave de consumidores basados en datos demográficos, psicográficos y comportamentales.

  • Desarrollar perfiles detallados de audiencias para orientar estrategias de marketing y productos.

  • Recopilar y analizar datos de diversas fuentes (encuestas, redes sociales, análisis web, etc.) para identificar patrones y tendencias en el comportamiento del consumidor.

  • Utilizar herramientas de análisis avanzado y software de big data para extraer insights accionables.

  • Realizar análisis comparativos y benchmarking de competidores directos e indirectos.

  • Evaluar las estrategias de mercado de la competencia y su impacto en el comportamiento del consumidor.

  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias emergentes en el mercado y en la industria.

  • Realizar estudios de mercado cualitativos y cuantitativos para prever cambios en las preferencias y necesidades del consumidor.

  • Coordinar y dirigir proyectos de investigación que abarquen múltiples áreas de la empresa, asegurando la integración de insights en todas las funciones relevantes.

  • Facilitar la colaboración entre equipos internos y externos para maximizar la efectividad de los proyectos de investigación.

  • Preparar informes detallados y presentaciones a clientes sobre los hallazgos clave y las recomendaciones estratégicas.

  • Comunicar de manera clara y persuasiva los insights de mercado a clientes internos y externos, ayudando a informar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.

  • Capacidad para integrar y comparar datos de múltiples fuentes para obtener una visión holística del comportamiento del consumidor.

  • Experiencia avanzada en el uso de plataformas de análisis de audiencia y comportamiento como
