- Conectar con los usuarios de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos por la compañía.

- Conocer los productos y servicios del cliente.

- Actuar de manera activa frente a las necesidades de los clientes.

- Manejar información confidencial y sensible de los clientes con responsabilidad

- Resolver problemas desde la primera interacción, siendo proactivo y paciente

Estamos buscando a:

- Personal con estudios tecnicos o tecnologos en areas relacionadas a soporte tecnico con 6 meses de experiencia en la industria o en áreas similares.

- Alguien con conocimiento de sistemas ofimáticos.

- Alguien con buena capacidad de digitación, en otras palabras, es un plus si puedes escribir rápido en computador.

- Una persona con buena ortografía y gramática

- Alguien que quiera empezar a trabajar con los mejores y que viva en Bogotá
