Overview
Consultor with skills in generating documentation in SharePoint with dynamic teaching tools for knowledge delivery in customer service processes.
This includes training and implementing strategies that improve process execution and ongoing knowledge maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain knowledge documentation in SharePoint and related platforms.
- Provide training and implement strategies to improve execution of company processes; monitor knowledge retention over time.
- Identify client needs and deliver value-added responses aligned with the quality strategy for information delivery.
- Apply knowledge of audits and quality processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans.
Qualifications
- Academic background: Professional in communications, business administration, psychology or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in knowledge management, training and quality processes; customer service experience (for public service companies, not exclusive).
- Skills: Proficient with e-learning platforms; intermediate use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); excellent writing and spelling; supplier and client follow-up; knowledge of audits; assertive communication and teamwork.
