Workplace misconduct and abuse can have devastating consequences, including loss of employee morale and trust, financial losses, and reputational damage.
Establishing robust frameworks comprising appropriate systems and structures is essential to protecting organizational integrity, maintaining stakeholder trust, and ensuring accountability.
The Alliance maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward workplace ethical misconduct and abuse.
It is therefore critical that the organization has adequate capabilities to respond effectively when such incidents occur.
Investing in and building investigative capacity within the organization is essential to uphold accountability across Alliance operations.

The Alliance is seeking a consultant (individual or firm) to design a three-day investigations training targeted at internal staff.

Duration of the consultancy period
The workshop will be held in Cali from 26-28 November 2025.
The consultant is expected to arrive at least one day in advance in Cali for the workshop preparation.

Activities
Develop a comprehensive training plan
(incl.
relevant topics, sessions, methodology, content, activities, and resources/equipment) (

Design training materials including all presentations, case studies with real-life examples, and handouts (By 14th November)
Deliver training sessions, moderate group activities, lead discussions, and facilitate case-study exercises November)
Provide a post-training evaluation summarizing key points and recommendations.
