Job Description

En Medellín – Colombia, estamos en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Community Manager con 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el rol con agencias de publicidad y mercadeo, su misión se centrará en gestionar y optimizar la presencia de diversas cuentas en redes sociales.

Responsibilities

  • Crear y mantener una parrilla de contenido alineada con los objetivos de la marca y las campañas de marketing.

  • Identificar insights y proponer mejoras para los canales de redes sociales, así como, detectar y adaptar los contenidos de redes sociales de valor para las cuentas.

  • Entender y comprender las métricas del comportamiento de la audiencia en las redes sociales de las cuentas asignadas
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de estrategias de contenido para redes sociales que respalden campañas, eventos y lanzamientos.

  • Apoyar cuando se requiera en la cobertura de eventos externos como conciertos, lanzamientos y festivales.

  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y nuevas prácticas en redes sociales para innovar y proponer continuamente para incentivar la presencia de las cuentas asignadas en las redes sociales.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.

Qualifications

  • Experiencia en la gestión de Facebook , Instagram , Twitter , LinkedIn , TikTok , Pinterest , y YouTube , así como, conocimiento en el uso de Hootsuite , Buffer , Sprout Social , Later , relacionadas con su área de desempeño.

  • Habilidad y conocimiento en el manejo de herramientas de diseño gráfico y edición de video como Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Canva , Premiere Pro , y CapCut .

  • Manejo de herramientas de analítica de redes sociales y de Data como Facebook Insights , Instagram Insights , Twitter Analytics , LinkedIn Analytics , y TikTok Analytics .

  • Experiencia en la creación de contenidos para redes sociales en tiempo real.

  • Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias en redes sociales.

  • Habilidad para adaptar contenido global a un contexto local.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).
