Job description

En Pacific Telecom, líder en soluciones tecnológicas y de conectividad en Colombia y Latinoamérica, buscamos un Community Manager creativo, estratégico y con alto dominio en automatización de procesos digitales.

El candidato ideal será responsable de gestionar nuestras redes sociales, fortalecer la presencia digital de la marca y optimizar flujos de comunicación mediante n8n y otras herramientas de marketing automation.

Formación: Profesional o tecnólogo en Comunicación Social, Marketing Digital, Publicidad o carreras afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año comprobable en gestión de redes sociales corporativas.

Conocimientos indispensables: n8n (configuración de flujos, integraciones con redes, CRM, y herramientas de automatización).

Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Herramientas de diseño (Canva, Photoshop o similares).

Copywriting y análisis de métricas.

Excelente redacción, ortografía y pensamiento estratégico.

Competencias personales: Creatividad y enfoque en resultados.

Habilidad para resolver problemas y optimizar procesos.

Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

Organización y responsabilidad.

Curiosidad por la innovación y la automatización digital.

Gestionar, programar y optimizar contenidos en redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias digitales orientadas al crecimiento y engagement de la comunidad.

Implementar automatizaciones de marketing y comunicación mediante n8n (integración de redes, CRM, email marketing, chatbots, entre otros).

Coordinar campañas digitales junto al equipo de marketing y diseño.

Monitorear métricas, elaborar reportes y presentar resultados de desempeño.

Interactuar con usuarios y clientes a través de los canales digitales de la empresa.
