En McCANN, estamos en búsqueda de Community Manager, para nuestra sede en McCANN Bogotá.
La misión principal será administrar los canales sociales de las marcas, generando contenido que permita construir una comunidad digital activa y comprometida, que permitan que la marca se acerque al consumidor actual y potencial.
Perfil del Cargo:
· Profesional y/o tecnólogo en: Publicidad, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo y/o profesiones afines
· Mínimo 3 años de experiencia, en cargos similares en agencias con manejo de clientes grandes y logros importantes.
· Nivel de Inglés Intermedio
Responsabilidades y/o funciones:
· Gestionar, construir y moderar comunidades en torno a una marca en Internet.
· Cuidar y mantener la comunidad de fieles seguidores que las marcas asignadas.
· Ser el nexo de unión entre las necesidades de los usuarios y la marca
· Circular la información entre los stakeholders
· Buscar líderes tanto interna como externamente.
· Conocer la marca y las comunidades para escribir con el tono y en los términos adecuados.
· Encontrar las vías de colaboración adecuadas entre la comunidad y la marca.
· Manejo de Herramientas (Social Media Listening)
· Hacer cumplir la estrategia de la marca en las redes sociales.
· Mantener una amplia visión y capacidad de analizar el contexto que utiliza para planificar la conversación de la marca con los consumidores
· Responder a los comentarios generados por la comunidad.
· Engancha a sus consumidores a través de las conversaciones que crea en las redes.
· Diseñar cronograma conversacional
· Diseñar la matriz de preguntas frecuentes
· Publicar el contenido en las redes sociales de la marca
· Diseñar las tácticas para activar las comunidades digitales
· Cubrir los eventos en los que esté involucrada la marca
· Generar los reportes del comportamiento de la marca.
· Identificar los temas que generarán interacción con la comunidad.
· Mantener una comunicación activa con la comunidad digital cautiva.
· Construir una comunidad más comprometida y activa, incrementando la amplificación y divulgación de las actividades de la marca.
· Mantener informada a la comunidad digital sobre las diferentes actividades de la marca.
