En McCANN, estamos en búsqueda de un Community Manager para nuestra sede en Bogotá.

La misión principal será administrar los canales sociales de las marcas, generando contenido que permita construir una comunidad digital activa y comprometida, acercando la marca al consumidor actual y potencial.

Perfil del Cargo:

  • Profesional y/o tecnólogo en Publicidad, Comunicación Social, Mercadeo o profesiones afines.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares en agencias con manejo de grandes clientes y logros relevantes.

Responsabilidades y funciones:

  1. Gestionar, construir y moderar comunidades en torno a una marca en Internet.

  2. Cuidar y mantener la comunidad de seguidores fieles de las marcas asignadas.

  3. Servir como nexo entre las necesidades de los usuarios y la marca.

  4. Comunicar información entre stakeholders.

  5. Buscar líderes internos y externos.

  6. Conocer la marca y las comunidades para comunicar en el tono adecuado.

  7. Identificar vías de colaboración entre la comunidad y la marca.

  8. Utilizar herramientas de Social Media Listening.

  9. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia de la marca en redes sociales.

  10. Analizar el contexto para planificar la conversación con los consumidores.

  11. Responder a comentarios de la comunidad.

  12. Fomentar la participación mediante conversaciones en redes sociales.

  13. Diseñar cronogramas conversacionales y matrices de preguntas frecuentes.

  14. Publicar contenido en las redes sociales de la marca.

  15. Diseñar tácticas para activar comunidades digitales.

  17. Generar reportes sobre el comportamiento de la marca.
