Communications Lead – with Design background (Remote – Latam)
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Communications Lead with a strong design background to shape and amplify our brand's visual and messaging presence.
In this role, you will lead the development of communication strategies, visual storytelling, and brand identity across multiple channels.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and impact in all communications.
This position offers the opportunity to drive campaigns, develop engaging multimedia content, and manage the organization's brand aesthetics while working in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create and design visual communication materials, including presentations, marketing assets, infographics, and digital content
- Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations to enhance engagement
- Manage and maintain the organization's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Lead visual campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels, coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and creative approvals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs, analyze results, and recommend data‑driven improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or design with a strong portfolio of visual content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders effectively
- Strong project management experience and ability to align creative work with strategic objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
- Relevant certifications such as Adobe Certified Associate or HubSpot Content Marketing
