Commercial Assistant

Role Purpose
The commercial assistant at CADRE plays a pivotal role in ensuring the productivity, consistency, and effectiveness of the commercial process.
This role exists to support the sales organization in building a process that is effective, repeatable, and scalable, while directly enabling the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team to focus on closing deals and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate internal and client meetings, and ensure agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
- Sales Materials:
Prepare, review, and maintain sales decks, proposals, and related documentation.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:
Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot/Salesforce; generate reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and sales activities.
- Proposal Support:
Assist in analyzing client requirements and ensuring proposals and offers are aligned with CADRE's services portfolio.
- Process Execution:
Document, track, and follow up on commercial processes and checklists, ensuring accountability and timeliness.
- Process Optimization:
Continuously improve sales workflows using best practices and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma, automation platforms).
- Communication:
Act as a communication bridge between the CRO, sales team, clients, and cross-functional departments.
- Digital Tools:
Leverage Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other collaboration platforms to ensure smooth operations.
